We loved the hotel's cleanliness and the helpful staff. The location was perfect, close to all the restaurants, parks, and just a short walk into the city centre. It was conveniently located near a convenience store and a supermarket. The hotel was also close to trains, making transportation easy. we had a great stay and enjoyed the hotel facilities.
Hard to think of anything negative. The hotel was very good.

Compact, clean, and tastefully furnished room. Everything in working order with nice extra touches like free apples and Easter eggs. Friendly and helpful staff. Ideal location for Arts-related activities with galleries, cinemas, and a food bookshop nearby. a well-designed hotel with good value and hassle-free stay.

The Arts Hotel was a great find for our weekend getaway. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city's nightlife and attractions. We were pleasantly surprised by the value for money and the reasonable prices. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated their attention to detail. Our room had a lovely garden view, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and indulging in the small chocolates provided. The basic amenities were all there, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel was also delicious, providing a great start to our day of exploration.

We had a fantastic stay in the cool suburb of Paddington. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city and Bondi beach. We loved being next door to a charming bookstore, perfect for browsing through during our downtime. The room was clean and comfortable, with tasteful and trendy furnishings. The staff were lovely and went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the complimentary apples and little Easter eggs. a great experience!
The tiles in the bathroom could have used a good grout clean.
